The metal Yanagisawa metal alto mouthpiece uses a very traditional chamber design (square) in order to offer better tonal color than most metal mouthpieces. They are then combined with a good rollover baffle and an excellent facing curved in order to provide brilliance and response without going overly bright. The end result is one of the more impressive playing mouthpieces on the market, built to the artisan craftsmanship level only Yanagisawa can provide – all at a price that is unbeatable!
