Delivery Terms Unless pre-arranged, all of our shipments are shipped with both a Direct Delivery & Signature requirement. Direct Delivery means that they cannot be re-routed mid-shipment by the customer. Only Kessler & Sons Music can re-route a shipment once it has gone out. All shipments are sent with a signature requirement. In some cases, we can ship without a signature requirement.
