Order Codes:
Any order that you make, or we create for you will be shown on your “Orders” page. Orders will show one of the following status:

    • On Hold – This means that you have placed an order but it still has to be reviewed by our shop before it is accepted. This is done to help reduce fraud as well as to make sure that you are getting the best value. We sometimes have unpublished specials that cannot be shown online. So if your order qualifies, we would actually LOWER the price to our in store special before moving the order to Processing.
    • Processing – This means that your order has been reviewed and accepted by our shop. Most orders will ship out within 1 day of the change to “Processing” status.
    • Completed – Your order has been completed and is shipping out. You will have an email stating “Order Complete” with the tracking information automatically sent to the email address on your order.
    • Payment Pending – This is an order that you either started and didn’t finish OR it is an order that we created on your account for you.

Stored Payment Method Security
Please note that storing a payment method on your account is completely secure. No employees or users of Kessler & Sons Music will have access to this information. Our website uses a “token” system where your card information is not stored on our servers and instead is securely stored by our merchant partner, Authorize.net. The only information stored on your account in our servers is the matching “token” that allows only the authorized user (you) to access it for orders.

Rental Customers
Please note that if you have a rental account with Kessler & Sons Music (locally or nationally), you cannot make payments on line at this time. So placing a payment method on an account here on the website does not make it accessible to pay your rental fees.

If you would like to place a card on your rental account for phone payments or for automatic monthly billing, please call the store location that your account is at and they will be able to assist you. Thank you!
