For orders of musical instruments, our “Standard Shipping” option (default on orders) is either FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Accessory Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail as the “Standard Shipping”. Customers can choose FedEx specific options as well at checkout.
If choosing FedEx at checkout, please refer to the map below for transit times. Kessler & Sons Music will only ship packages with the following options:
- Direct Signature Required
- Direct Delivery only (meaning shipment cannot be modified by the customer)
- Fully Insured
- On First Time Customer Orders, We will ONLY ship to an address that is on file with the credit card company (or “Confirmed Address” with PayPal paid orders).
Please note that we cannot accept orders being shipped to a freight forwarding company and any order that is placed with such shipment will be cancelled. There are no exceptions to these rules.
