UPS Shipping

For orders of musical instruments, our “Standard Shipping” option (default on orders) is either FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Accessory Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail as the “Standard Shipping”. Customers can choose UPS specific options as well at checkout.
When shipping via UPS, Instruments shipped from our store in Las Vegas, please refer to the map below for transit times. If you are shipping outside of the Contiguous USA, you must select one of the UPS faster shipping options (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). Orders placed outside of the contiguous USA (outside of the “lower 48 states”) that were left only with the “Standard Shipping” may not be shipped until additional shipping costs are paid (Kessler & Sons Music will contact customer directly if applicable to their order).
Kessler & Sons Music will only ship packages with the following options:
- Direct Signature Required
- Fully Insured
- UPS Carbon Neutral (we can ship without this option on customer request)*
- On First Time Customer Orders, We will ONLY ship to an address that is on file with the credit card company (or “Confirmed Address” with PayPal paid orders).
Please note that we cannot accept orders being shipped to a freight forwarding company and any order that is placed with such shipment will be cancelled.
There are no exceptions to these rules.
Ground Shipping Times
Please note that UPS delivery days are Monday-Friday.
Do not use Saturday or Sunday in your delivery estimates as “days in transit”.
*Why Not Ship UPS Carbon Neutral?
UPS Carbon Neutral shipping involves a 5 Cent fee during shipping (which we do not add in to shipping quotes). We have had customers request to have their shipments not sent this way, and so on request, we can remove this option from their shipment.
