Vintage Selmer Paris Soloist “Short Shank” E Alto Sax Mouthpiece
Vintage – Great Condition

This is a late 1950’s vintage Selmer Paris Soloist “Short Shank” E Alto Sax Mouthpiece. The facing is original measuring 2.00mm (about .078″) using a Theo Wanne digital gauge, and 21mm (42 on the glass) with the .0015 gauge.

There are teeth marks from use, that have a shallow depth (see photo). The mouthpiece has not been buffed, only cleaned using a 50/50 distilled white vinegar / water solution in an ultrasonic machine, and a soft tooth brush to remove calcium deposits, and then re-oiled with mineral oil.

Customer is 100% responsible for condition of the mouthpiece in case of return. Any additional scratches/marks will void return policy. We recommend using a fabric style ligature during testing.
