Uniquely Shaped High Step Baffle
Shiva is at the core, “The Destroyer”. This is a bright, aggressive mouthpiece with more power than is otherwise found on a mouthpiece. At the heart of this is the high, multi faceted step baffle. However, this baffle is paired with all of the other design elements below to produce not only a powerful sound, but also a complex sound unlike comparable baffle mouthpieces.

New Small “Stadium Chamber” with “Bullet” Transition
Shiva uses a small sized “Stadium Chamber”. The chamber shape is similar to a football stadium to keep a round tone. The small size gives excellent core and projection. This is paired with the “bullet” chamber transition from the end of the baffle in to the chamber. The elongated oval helps the air column transition more naturally into the chamber.

“Twisted-Wall” Sidewalls and “Wave-Baffle”
Shiva uses a modified straight wall chamber design that “twists” into the chamber. This helps funnel and focus the air column. Paired with Theo’s “Wave-Baffle” is a multi-step baffle design that helps add brilliance to the tone without thinning out the sound.

“Shark-Gill” Chamber
Theo’s patented “Shark-Gill” design acts as an air-flow disruptor to impact tone. These are the lines inside the chamber. These help create velocity to the air column without thinning out the sound.

Elliptical Window
Unlike many of Theo’s large chamber models, the Shiva uses a more traditional elliptical window design that further assists in focusing the air stream.
