Add on the “Reed Keeper” Cap
Theo Wanne has always included a “Reed Replacer” cap with his mouthpieces. However, for players that want a more traditional cap that can be placed on the mouthpiece while the reed stays on the mouthpiece, you can now do so with the “Reed Keeper” cap. Click Here to View

Description

Theo Wanne GAIA 4 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece
Large Stadium Chamber

The GAIA 4 tenor sax mouthpiece (released July 2021) was built to outplay the vintage Otto Link mouthpieces. Building on the popular GAIA design, the new Gaia 4 Tenor Sax Mouthpiece has evolved into a work of art and is now the most technically advanced mouthpiece Theo has ever made! Featuring a revised Shark Gill baffle concept and merging it into the Gaia chamber merges the huge, warm and free sound of the previous GAIA generations but with a little more tonal core than before!

New Large “Stadium Chamber”
The new GAIA 4 also features the transition to Theo’s new “Stadium Chamber” design. Featuring a large version of the stadium chamber, this helps the GAIA 4 achieve more presence and core to it’s sound, even at lower volume dynamics than ever before.

Kessler & Sons Music offers a 3 day trial / return policy by default on instruments and mouthpieces (excludes special order sizes). There are no cleaning fees or restocking fees (assuming that the item is returned in proper condition).

Please read our terms & conditions (link at the bottom of the page) for full details on this policy.

The GAIA 4 tenor sax mouthpiece tends towards a traditional Jazz taste, but is quite versatile. It has a medium roll-over baffle, precision-sculpted inner sidewalls, and our True Large Chamber for a simply huge and alive vintage sound.

The GAIAs True Large Chamber is very much like the vintage mouthpieces of the 1940s but technically superior due to our industry leading machining technology. Take a look at our baffles, tip rails, side rails, and interior design. We show you pictures of these for a reason. Because they are manufactured with and accuracy higher than any other mouthpiece ever made, vintage or new! The GAIA is truly revolutionary in bringing the vintage sound up to date both in design and construction.
