Flugel horns are an amazingly rich sounding instrument that entrances the audience when played well. Their lush tone makes the listener just want to lean in and take it all in. However, most good flugel horns are not in an affordable price range for players. When we find a segment of the market that is not being adequately served by the industry, we try and provide that solution for our customers. Such is the case with our new Kessler Custom Satin Flugel Horn!

Gold Brass Bell & Branch 
The Gold Brass Bell and Branch are at the heart of the tone of our Flugel Horn. This heavier alloy increases the mass of the horn leading to it’s darker tone. The bell also uses a soldered bead to improve response of the instrument while maintaining that great tone!

Small Bore 
The French made flugels all featured tighter, “small bore” designs which help give them their unique tone. Our Kessler Custom Flugel Horn uses a .413″ small bore in order to integrate the quick response and tonal core of those old French flugels in to this amazing horn!

Trial & Return Policy
We know how personal buying a musical instrument can be. Players have an obvious concern with shipping a horn from out of state that you haven’t even had a chance to try.

We give you 3 days to evaluate the flugel in the comfort of your own home to make sure that it is the perfect horn for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with it, you simply let us know within the 3 days and then send it back for a full refund under the terms of our policy (click here for the full policy).
