First Time Order? Please Read
For all first time orders, we will only ship & deliver to the billing address on file with your credit card / PayPal account (this does not apply to repeat customers). While our site will still attempt to authorize the charge, if the address doesn't match, we will have to cancel the order. If you have any questions about this policy, please give us a call 702-385-2263 prior to placing the order.
Delivery & Signature Terms
Unless pre-arranged, all of our shipments are shipped with both a Direct Delivery & Signature requirement. Direct Delivery shipments cannot be re-routed mid-shipment by the customer. Only Kessler & Sons Music can re-route a shipment once it has gone out. All shipments are sent with a signature requirement. In some cases, we can ship without a signature requirement. Please call us 702-385-2263 before ordering if you are wanting a no signature shipment.
