Leblanc 7190BA is a Yanagisawa B901
Leblanc was the USA distributor for Yanagisawa for roughly 30 years. During that time, they had Yanagisawa make a stencil of the B901 for them, first under the “Vito VSP” label and then later under the “Leblanc” label (the change in label was due to the fact that the Vito name was associated more with student instruments and the Leblanc name was more associated with higher quality instruments). This model was referred to in Leblanc’s catalog as the 7190BA which is really a Yani B901!

About this particular Used Yanagisawa B901/Leblanc 7190BA
This horn was actually sold by us when it was new in 2007 to a local customer. This player no longer uses the horn so they brought it in to us. We have completely serviced the saxophone in our shop. It is in overall really good shape with excellent pad condition. There are some scratches (as you can see in the photos) but overall, it’s really nice. Serial number is 00286175. The original mouthpiece is included and the horn has a very travelled ProTec case.

Please note, while we can safely ship the sax in this case, this case is not a great fit for this horn and allows a good amount of movement -to the sax in the case. This movement can easily lead to damage in the event of the case being dropped or handled roughly. We would highly recommend getting a new case. This case is made 100% in the USA and had all of it’s internal molding and padding designed specifically for Yanis. Since the ProTec case is in such rough shape, we will give you the option at purchase to “upgrade” the case to our custom MTS case for a reduced price of $265.00 on this Used Yanagisawa B901 bari sax.
