Teacher Bio
Mr. Scann has taught trombone and baritone (euphonium) in Las Vegas since 1977. He holds a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Music. Since his arrival in Las Vegas in 1976 Mr. Scann has been an adjunct trombone professor at UNLV, a band director in the Clark County School District for over 13 years, has played lead and jazz trombone on “The Strip” since 1977 and is on the faculty of the Nevada School of the Arts.

Bobby has performed for numerous stars and shows on the strip over the years. His tours include a 1985 tour with Frank Sinatra in Japan, a 1988 tour in Seoul, Korea with the singer Pia Zadora and two tours here in the USA with the Great Elvis Presley Band. He continues to teach and play in Las Vegas.
