Christmas Trial Program

We by default offer a 3 day trial period on every instrument, but obviously when you are shopping for a Christmas present, this is not enough.

So in order to accommodate this, almost all new instruments purchased between Monday December 8, 2025 through Christmas (December 25) of 2025, can have the trial policy extended to Monday, December 29, 2025. If for any reason, the person that you purchased the instrument for is not 100% satisfied with it, then send it back for a full refund or exchange in accordance to our regular terms & conditions. Note that this does not mean that a return has to be shipped by the 29th, but simply that we need to be notified of this by the 29th.

Used instruments, limited edition and special order instruments are not eligible for this policy.

Customers MUST request this trial policy.

Please be aware that this is not an extended trial, this is solely for instruments that are being purchased for a Christmas present and will be wrapped and placed under the tree.

This policy is to allow gifts to be purchased with the intent of giving it as a gift for Christmas while maintaining the ability to return the gift if it is not to the giftee’s liking. This program is not an “extended trial” of product.

In the event that an instrument is returned, Kessler & Sons Music will inspect the instrument. If it is evident that the instrument was used for more than a normal 3 day use, Kessler & Sons Music reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the refund.
